CJS Securities, Inc. seeks to identify
quality small cap companies that may be inefficiently priced in the market
due to lack of research coverage, or a shift in market capitalization.
CJS Securities actively follows 84
stocks that span a number of sectors/industries. We are generalists,
not "industry analysts," and therefore tend to seek companies
that do not typically slot into traditionally "ranked"
categories. Our product consists of basic reports on each of the
companies we follow with detailed financial models, frequent written
updates as well as a coverage universe “update” distributed four times per
year. We also provide clients access to management through non-deal road
shows and telephone access to our analysts for additional information, as
needed. In addition, we host two
small cap conferences each year; our winter conference in NYC is usually
held the first full week in January and a summer conference, held in mid
August at a more informal setting in Westchester County, NY.
The
firm is a member of FINRA and the SIPC.
Trades are cleared through Pershing LLC (DTC 0443). Our MPID is CJSC
